Lezlie Huston

Lezlie Huston is an associate attorney with the firm. She has practiced law for several years in the general litigation field and brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Her current practice focuses on assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights and portfolios. Her work includes assisting with trademark prosecution, coordinating U.S. and international intellectual property rights management, and engaging in opposition proceedings.

Lezlie also counsel clients in creating effective and practical privacy policies and ensuring compliance with federal legislation such as CAN-SPAM, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Prior to joining Cobalt, Lezlie was a associate with a prominent Santa Clara County law office where she practiced employment litigation and family law. Lezlie also practiced for a number of years as a litigation associate with the San Francisco firm of Cooley Godward LLP.

Lezlie completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley where she graduated with honors. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Her passions include spending time with her family, including her three young children, traveling abroad, and inline skating.
